The Director of Accounts (Postal) , Assam Circle , Guwahati proposes to fill up some of the vacant posts in Group ‘B’ and Group ‘C’ cadre on deputation basis from among the staffs working in Central / State Govt./ PSUs as per the details given below :-
Vacancies:
1. Name of Post: Sr. Accountants (Group ‘B’ NonGazetted)
Pay Band: Level-6 of Pay Matrix equivalent to PB-2 (930034800) of pre-revised pay Grade Pay:- Rs. 4200 [Pre- revised pay of 6th CPC]
No of Post: 05
2. Name of Post: Jr. Accountants {Group ‘C’)
Pay Band: Level-5 of Pay Matrix equivalent to PB-2 (520020200) of pre-revised pay Grade Pay:- Rs. 2800/- [Pre- revised pay of 6th CPC]
No of Post: 10
3. Name of Post: Lower Division Clerk (LDC) Group ‘C’
Pay Band: Level-2 of Pay Matrix equivalent to PB-2 (520020200) of pre-revised pay Grade Pay: Rs. 1900/- [Pre- revised pay of 6th CPC]
No of Post: 03
The period of deputation will be initially for three years and can be further extended by two more years if required in the exigencies of public service
1. Qualification
(a) For the Post of Senior Accountant (SA).
(i) Officials holding same / analogous posts in various Ministries / Departments of Central Govt. / State Govt. / PSUs / Autonomous Bodies of Central Govt. On regular basis , or (ii) Junior Accountants (JAs) / Auditors who have rendered not less than three years of regular service in the Grade and (iii) Working knowledge in all modules of MS office / MS Word / Excel in computer.
(b) For the Post of Junior Accountant (JA).
(i) Officials holding same / analogous posts in various Ministries / Departments of Central Govt. / State Govt. / PSUs / Autonomous Bodies of Central Govt. On regular basis , or (ii) Lower Division Clerks (LDCs) who have rendered not less than eight years of regular service in the Grade , or (iii) Upper Division Clerks (UDCs) / Auditors who have rendered not less than three years of regular service in the Grade , and (iv) Working knowledge in all modules of MS office / MS Word / Excel in computer.
(C) For the Post of Lower Division Clerks ( LDCs ).
(i) Officials holding same / analogous posts in various Ministries / Departments of Central Govt. / State Govt. / PSUs / Autonomous Bodies of Central Govt. On regular basis .
The application from the willing and eligible officials whose services can be spared may be sent along with attested copy of ACRs / APARs for the last five years, integrity certificate and vigilance certificate so as to reach the undersigned on or before 04.09.2017 through their Departments /Head of Office duly approved by the Competent Authority.
