Online applications are invited till 5.00 PM of 18/09/2017 from the citizens as defined under Article 5 and 6 of the Constitution of India for filling up the vacancies of LDA (Bench Asstt.)/LDA-cum-Typist/Copyist, as indicated below for the District Court of Baksa, Assam in the scale of pay of Rs. 14000-Rs 49000 plus Grade Pay of Rs. 5600/- and other allowances admissible as per Rules. The number od vacancies is indicative and may vary at the time of final selection. Reservation of posts for different categories will be as per Rules. A candidate is allowed to submit only one application form for any one post out of the 6(six) categories of posts shown below. A common written test will held on the same day for selection of candidates for all posts.

ELIGIBILITY
1. A candidate must be a Graduate in any stream from a UGC recognized University on the last date of submission of application form. Candidates awaiting result need not apply.
2. He/She must have working knowledge of computer on the last date of submission of application form and
3. Apart from English, the candidate should have adequate knowledge of Official language of the State of Assam and the candidates shall have to appear in a qualifying examination designed to test the proficiency in official language of the State of Assam ( Assamese). A candidate failing to to obtaim minimum qualifying marks in the official language of the State of Assam shall not be considered for appointment.
